Australian TV Series
Only three episodes of the planned TV series in Australia had been completed at the time of Tony's death. These episodes were combined into a 90-minute special which was broadcast on Channel HSC7 Melbourne on Janary 25, 1972. The broadcast has been released on both video and DVD and is also available to hire from the Society's DVD library.
In addition to Tony Hancock, the main cast list comprised Gloria Dawn, Don Crosby, Georgie Sterling, Lex Mitchell, Kenneth Laird, Brian Barrie, Don Philps, Mimi Dixon, Marshall Crosby, Edward Howell, Don Reid, Max Phipps, Nat Levison, James Elliott, Doreen Warburton, Kevin Leslie, Graham Rouse, Roger Ward, Brian Nyland and Maxine Wyatt.
